Joe Kelly
Managing Director

As Managing Director, Joe brings a sharp financial mind and a collaborative approach to leadership. After three successful years as Financial Controller, Joe’s strategic insight and commitment to operational excellence earned him promotion to Managing Director.

Joe believes the most rewarding part of his role is working closely with every department to overcome challenges and find creative solutions that drive the company forward. His hands-on leadership style ensures Elite Motorhomes continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and a culture of teamwork.

Outside the office, Joe likes to stay active with regular runs to keep fit and clear his mind. He also admits to a light-hearted “secret hobby” — a fascination with collecting antique thimbles (although he can’t quite prove it!).

Paul Maynard

Paul Maynard
Director

Paul has been a driving force in the company’s success for more than 17 years. With extensive experience in the motorhome industry, Paul oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Much of his time is devoted to the aftersales department, where he focuses on the technical side of operations — from maintenance and servicing to ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of care. Paul’s practical approach and technical expertise help keep Elite Motorhomes performing at its best.

As Paul explains, “The best part of my job role is to see the company and team around me grow together and be hands-on in the workshop.”

Outside of work, Paul is a keen golfer, spending most of his spare time on the course, perfecting his swing and enjoying the challenge of the game.

Mike Bishop

Mike Bishop
Sales Manager

Mike has been a valued part of Elite Motorhomes for many years, bringing enthusiasm, expertise and a personal touch to every sale. As Sales Manager, he oversees all sales management and customer liaison activities, working closely with both the sales and workshop teams to ensure every customer’s requirements are met to the highest standard.

Mike takes pride in his role, explaining, “The best part of my job is making people’s dreams come true.” His commitment to understanding customer needs and ensuring smooth communication between departments has helped countless customers start their adventures with confidence.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys engaging in local politics, restoring and riding classic motorbikes, and socialising with friends and family — a balance of community spirit and passion that reflects his personable approach at work.

Ashley Wingrove

Sales Executive

With over 10 years of experience at Elite Motorhomes, Ashley Wingrove has grown from a weekend salesman and show representative to a key member of the team. Today, he plays multiple roles — as a Sales Executive, Health & Safety Officer, and a qualified finance specialist — combining customer service expertise with strong product and safety knowledge.

Ashley explains, “The best part of my job is meeting new people to help them achieve their dream motorhome adventures. Learning about new products and industry knowledge — every day is different, which I love.”

His approachable personality, professionalism, and deep understanding of the motorhome industry make him a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with his two young children, Willow (4) and Hudson (3). Family time is a top priority, but he also dedicates his energy to football — both as a player and a Football Manager at a competitive level.

Harry Bolton

Handover Technician

Harry has been an important member of the Elite Motorhomes team for over five years, working as a skilled Handover Technician. His role focuses on delivering a seamless handover experience for customers — providing comprehensive demonstrations of each motorhome, guiding them through all documentation, and ensuring they leave fully informed and confident behind the wheel.

Known for his helpful attitude and teamwork, Harry is always willing to assist colleagues across departments, making him a valued part of the Elite Motorhomes family.

As Harry explains, “The best part of my job is meeting new people, seeing them off on their new adventure, and working with family.” His friendly and knowledgeable approach helps customers begin their motorhome journey with ease and excitement.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with friends, and relaxing — a great balance to his busy, customer-focused role.

Chris Prothero

Weekend Sales Executive

Chris has been with Elite Motorhomes for over 3 years, working as a dedicated Weekend Sales Executive. With a friendly and approachable manner, Chris brings enthusiasm and product knowledge to every customer interaction, helping people find the motorhome that perfectly fits their lifestyle and travel dreams.

As Chris explains, “The best part of my job is to see the faces of people who finally find their motorhome. Motorhoming is all about having fun — and my job is to help people find their dreams.” His genuine passion for the motorhome community shines through in every conversation, making the buying experience enjoyable and memorable.

When he’s not at Elite Motorhomes, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Bailey. He’s also an active member of his local village community and loves exploring the UK in his own motorhome, embodying the adventurous spirit he shares with customers.

Aftersales

Melody Beck

Melody Beck
Senior Service Administrator

Melody has been a valued part of the Elite Motorhomes team for over five years, bringing exceptional organisation and customer service skills to her role as Service Department Coordinator. She manages the service diary bookings, handles customer queries, prepares invoices, and oversees the day-to-day running of the workshop schedule. Melody also manages warranty cases and liaises directly with manufacturers to ensure each customer’s motorhome receives the care and attention it deserves.

Melody explained, “The best parts of my job are looking after customers for all their servicing needs and warranty queries, guiding them through everything required for their vehicle. I like making sure customers are happy and get the care they need to maintain their warranties.”

Her friendly and supportive approach ensures customers feel confident and well looked after, whether they’re booking a service or resolving a technical issue.

Outside of work, Melody enjoys socialising with family and friends, reading, travelling, music and concerts, and days out with her family and grandchildren. Her love of people and positivity shines through in everything she does.

Tim Rickards

Warranty Administrator

Tim plays an essential role at Elite Motorhomes as a Warranty Administrator. He oversees all aspects of warranty management, from processing claims to ordering parts and ensuring customers receive timely support. His attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help maintain Elite Motorhomes’ reputation for reliability and high-quality service.

Tim explains, “The best parts of my role are working with a friendly team, having work close to home, and knowing that no day is ever the same.” His adaptable and positive attitude makes him a valued member of the team, always ready to ensure that customer warranties are handled efficiently and with care.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys football, cricket, scooters, and camping — hobbies that reflect his active lifestyle and love for the outdoors.

Ritchie Rudulph

Storeman

Ritchie joined Elite Motorhomes as a Parts Assistant and has quickly become a reliable and proactive member of the team. His main responsibility is ensuring that parts are correctly stocked and ready for workshop jobs, helping the service team operate smoothly and efficiently.

Ritchie explains, “The best part about my job is being busy — I like to help customers and keep them happy.” His hands-on attitude and customer-focused approach make him an important link between the parts department, workshop, and clients.

Outside of work, Ritchie enjoys watching movies, gaming, motorcycles, dog walks, and working out at the gym. His active lifestyle and attention to detail mirror the energy and dedication he brings to his role at Elite Motorhomes.

Accounts & Marketing

Rosalind Wallington

Ros Wallington
Accounts Assistant

Ros has been part of Elite Motorhomes for many years now, bringing extensive experience and reliability to her role in Accounts Administration. Her responsibilities span a wide range of financial duties, including purchase ledger management, supplier invoices, statement reconciliation, parts and sales invoicing, vehicle taxation, payroll, and a variety of other essential accounting tasks as they arise.

Ros explains, “The best part of my role is being part of what is probably the second-largest purchase someone will make, and knowing the holidays they will hopefully enjoy in the future.” Her accuracy, professionalism and approachable manner make her an invaluable member of the Elite Motorhomes team.

Outside of work, Ros enjoys a wide range of activities, including playing in a band, swimming, Zumba, Pilates, and theatre visits. She’s also a National Trust member and loves camping and socialising with friends, embracing the same spirit of adventure that drives the Elite Motorhomes community.

Ollie Sairat
Management Accountant

Ollie recently joined Elite Motorhomes as a Management Accountant, bringing enthusiasm and precision to the finance team. Her responsibilities include supporting month-end processes and overseeing key accounting functions that help maintain smooth financial operations across the business.

Ollie explains, “The best part about my new role will be getting exposed to a broad range of tasks and financial activities related to motorhomes, with fantastic support from all members of the team.” Her proactive attitude and commitment to learning make her a great addition to the Elite Motorhomes family.

Outside of work, Ollie enjoys caring for her collection of house plants. She admits with humour that not all of them thrive under his care, though her Jade plants, Dracaena, and Aloe always return a little love. Her patience and curiosity — both at work and in her hobbies — reflect her thoughtful and steady approach to everything she does.

Lesley Brown

Lesley Brown
Marketing Executive

Lesley joined Elite Motorhomes as a Marketing Executive to strengthen the company’s brand presence and customer engagement. Her main focus is to build awareness of the business, increase showroom footfall, and ultimately boost vehicle and aftersales performance through strategic marketing initiatives.

As part of the management team, Lesley plays a key role in the development of the new company website, enhancing the customer journey and identifying pivotal touchpoints across the motorhome ownership lifecycle. Her analytical approach and creative insight help the company connect with both new and existing customers in meaningful ways.

Lesley explains, “The best part about my role is the challenge to attract a new audience to Elite Motorhomes — looking out for opportunities to maintain their business, performing statistical analysis on our customer database, and finding new ways to reach out to them. I also enjoy working with my colleagues; they are a great team and always willing to help each other.”

Outside of work, Lesley leads an active lifestyle. She adores spending time with her two Springer Spaniels, Charlie and Lola, walking them twice daily as part of her fitness routine. She also enjoys cycling, running, rowing, and badminton, as well as walking in the Lake District — exploring fells and lakes. Her favourite holiday destination is the Alps, where she loves to go skiing.

Reception

Alicia Price

Alicia Price
Receptionist/Administrator

Alicia has been part of Elite Motorhomes for over two years, bringing warmth, professionalism, and organisation to her role as Reception & Administration Assistant. She is the friendly face who welcomes visitors to the showroom and the helpful voice customers hear when they call.

Her daily responsibilities include covering the reception desk, handling incoming calls, and directing enquiries to the right departments. Alicia also meets and greets customers, offers hospitality services, and supports the wider team with administration tasks such as uploading documents, taxing vehicles, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, she oversees the merchandising and stock ordering for the accessories shop, ensuring it is always well presented and fully stocked.

Alicia explains, “The best part of my role is seeing customers leave happy.” Her approachable nature and attention to detail help create a welcoming and efficient experience for every visitor.

Outside of work, Alicia devotes most of her time to her young family, keeping busy with her two children. Much of her spare time is spent taking them to after-school and weekend activities, making family life as rewarding and full of energy as her role at Elite Motorhomes.

Linda Steadman

Linda Steadman
Receptionist

Linda has been part of Elite Motorhomes for over three years, working as a Receptionist on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. With her friendly and approachable nature, she provides a warm welcome to customers visiting the showroom and ensures their experience begins with a smile.

Linda explains, “The best part of my job is getting to meet all of our lovely customers and working for and with such amazing people.” Her positive attitude and genuine care for people make her a valued member of the front-of-house team, helping to maintain the friendly atmosphere that Elite Motorhomes is known for.

Outside of work, Linda leads a vibrant and fulfilling life. She plays the ukulele, is an active member of a walking club, and practises Reiki healing from Monday through Thursday — hobbies that reflect her creative and nurturing personality.

Technicians

John Coady

John Coady (Don)
Motorhome Mechanic

John, who prefers to be known as Don, joined  Elite Motorhomes working as a skilled Motorhome Mechanic. His role involves maintaining and servicing motorhomes to the highest standards, ensuring every vehicle that leaves the workshop is safe, reliable, and ready for adventure.

Don explains, “I like all parts of my job.” His enthusiasm, practical skills, and positive attitude make him a valued member of the technical team, always willing to tackle a challenge and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Don enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect his creative and family-oriented nature. He loves building Lego and wooden models, enjoys all kinds of sports — with football being his favourite — and treasures spending quality time with his grandchildren.

Josh Callow

Josh Callow
Motorhome Technician

Josh is a skilled Motorhome Technician at Elite Motorhomes, responsible for fault finding, rectification, and habitation services. His technical expertise and problem-solving skills ensure that every motorhome leaves the workshop performing at its best.

Josh explains, “The best parts of my job are that every day presents different jobs and challenges, learning new things, staying busy so the days fly by, working with a great team, and enjoying a very rewarding role.” His passion for hands-on work and his commitment to continuous learning make him a valued member of the service team.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys a wide range of hobbies and interests. He’s a fan of football, rugby, and Formula 1, as well as a keen gamer and streamer. He also takes part in Airsoft and Speedball, and has a strong interest in horticulture. Most of all, he loves spending quality time with his fiancée and pooches.

Andrew McGinlay

Motorhome Technician

Andrew is an experienced Motorhome Technician and MOT Tester at Elite Motorhomes, responsible for ensuring that every vehicle leaving the workshop is safe, secure, and fully roadworthy. His attention to detail and commitment to quality underpin the company’s reputation for excellence in service and safety.

Andrew explains, “The best part of my job is meeting customers, being part of a team, and feeling that sense of job satisfaction.” Known for his friendly nature and professionalism, he takes pride in maintaining high standards across every inspection and repair.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys riding his motorbike, meeting up with friends, and watching football and motorsport on TV. His biggest passion is Motor Sport, and he often attends trials and events. Andrew also loves spending time outdoors with his Labrador, Ivy, who joins him on regular walks.

Nigel Wickham

Motorhome Technician

Nigel is a talented Workshop and Vehicle Technician at Elite Motorhomes, bringing technical precision and hands-on experience to every job. His role involves a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that each motorhome meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

Nigel explains, “The best parts of my job are the variety of work and the challenges in repairing motorhomes.” His passion for problem-solving and craftsmanship makes him an invaluable part of the workshop team, tackling each repair with care and expertise.

Outside of work, Nigel enjoys motorcycle restoration, family holidays in his caravan, and a range of engineering projects. He has a keen interest in lathe and milling work, creating custom parts from steel stock — a reflection of his lifelong enthusiasm for engineering and mechanics.

Valetors

Hazel Bolton

Hazel Bolton
Valeting Technician

Hazel has been a dedicated member of Elite Motorhomes for 18 years, bringing care, attention to detail, and pride to her role as Valeting & Display Preparation Specialist. Her responsibilities include maintaining all display motorhomes, carrying out deep valets for sold vehicles in preparation for handover, and performing upholstery and carpet cleaning. She also creates number plates and washes customer vehicles when they return for their workshop service visits, ensuring every motorhome shines both inside and out.

Hazel explains, “The best part of my job is being as helpful as I can with my colleagues — it makes me feel good. But the most important part of my job is knowing the customer drives away happy and excited about their new adventures, and that I’ve played a part in achieving that.”

Her dedication, reliability, and personal pride in her work make Hazel an essential part of the Elite Motorhomes customer experience.

Outside of work, Hazel enjoys spending quality time with friends, especially meeting for food and drinks. A lover of music and live gigs, she’s also known for her Karaoke confidence — she doesn’t share the mic! Hazel enjoys walking regularly, including to and from work, and her favourite way to relax is putting her feet up with snacks and a good film.
