Lewis Baker
Managing Director
Lewis has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 13 years. He started as a Sales Executive and has worked his way up to Managing Director. Lewis’s responsibilities are to build and maintain successful leadership and management of the company’s business.
Lewis explains “The best part of my role is every day having the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and the development of the people that work for us”
“My hobbies and interests outside of work are firstly, my family, I love to spend time with my wife and beautiful little boy ‘Noah’ and my beautiful baby girl ‘Ottilie’. I love taking them on an adventure in our Motorhome or having a kick about in the park with Noah. My other hobbies include cycling, football, tennis, squash and walking. I also love to cook and read in my spare time”

Paul Maynard
Director
Paul has been a Director of Elite Motorhomes for 17 years and his responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the business, most of his time is spent in the aftersales department working on the technical operations of the business.
Paul explains, “The best part of my job role is to see the company and team around me grow together and be hands-on in the workshop”
“I am a keen golfer that takes up most of my spare time”

Ross Westcott
General Manager
Ross has been with Elite Motorhomes for 10 years. Ross started his career at Elite Motorhomes as a Sales Executive and worked his way up to General Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.
Ross explains the best part of his role is “seeing returning customers each year for service and seeing them buying another Motorhome from us”
“My spare time is spent looking after my two little girls who take most of my time up. I frequent the local gym chilling out in the Sauna and I am an avid fan of Aston Villa”
Sales

Mike Bishop
Sales Manager
Mike has worked for Elite Motorhomes for many years. He is in charge of all sales management/sales liaisons and liaisons with the workshop to ensure our customers’ requirements are met.
Mike explains, “The best part of my job is making people’s dreams come true”
“I like local politics, my hobbies are classic motorbikes and socialising”

Ashley Wingrove
Sales Executive
Ashley has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 11 years now, he started as a weekend salesman and attended shows. He has been full-time for nearly 7 years.
Ashley covers multiple tasks from Sales Executive, Health & Safety officer, and is qualified in finance.
Ashley explains “The best part of my job is meeting new people to help them achieve their dream motorhome adventures. Learning about new products and industry knowledge every day is different which I love”
“My spare time is spent with my two beautiful children ‘Willow 4 and Hudson 3’, I enjoy spending family time with them. I am a Football Manager at a good level and skill play myself”

Chris Prothero
Weekend Sales Executive
Chris has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 3 years now as a weekend Sales Executive.
Chris explains “The best part of my job is to see the faces of people who finally find their Motorhome, motorhome is all about having fun and my job is to help people find their dreams”
“My spare time is spent with my family and my dog ‘Bailey’, I love getting involved with the local community within the village I live and I enjoy exploring the UK in my motorhome”

Harry Bolton
Handover Technician
Harry has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 5 years, he is our Handover Technician, providing a full demonstration of the vehicle, taking the customers through all documentation and ensuring they drive knowledgeable and safely. He is a team player and assists in any way he can.
Harry explains “The best part of my job is meeting new people, seeing them off on their new adventure, and working with family”
“My spare time is spent working out at the gym, time with mates and relaxing”
Aftersales

Melody Beck
Senior Service Administrator
Melody has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 5 years. She is responsible for the Service department’s diary bookings, queries, invoices and day-to-day running of bookings for the workshop, Warranty issues and updating manufacturers.
Melody explained “The best parts of my job are, looking after customers for all their servicing needs, warranty queries, guiding them through all requirements needed for their vehicle. I like making sure customers are happy and get the customer care they need to maintain warranties etc”
“My hobbies outside work include socialising with family and friends, reading, travelling, music and concerts and theatres. Days out with my friends, family and grandchildren”

Tim Rickards
Warranty Administrator
Tim has worked for Elite Motorhomes for nine months as a Warranty Administrator, all aspects of his role are Warranty including claims and parts ordering.
Tim explains “The best parts of my role are working with a friendly team, work is close to home and no day is the same”
“My hobbies and interests include Football, Cricket, Scooters and Camping”

Richie Rudolf
Storeman
Richie has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 6 months as a Parts. and his role is to ensure parts are in stock and ready for workshop jobs.
Richie explains “The best part about my job is being busy, I like to help customers and keep them happy”
“My hobbies and interests outside work are watching movies, gaming, motorcycles, dog walks and the gym”
Accounts & Marketing

Joe Kelly
Financial Controller
Joe has worked as a financial controller with Elite Motorhomes for 3 years, his role includes, financial planning and analysis, salaries and paying suppliers.
Joe explains “The best parts of my role are working with other departments and solving problems and finding solutions”
“I have a secret hobby which has now been disclosed, I like collecting antique thimbles (however, he cannot back this up). I enjoy a run to let off steam and keep fit”

Ros Wallington
Accounts Assistant
Ros has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 9 years in accounts. Her role includes dealing with all aspects of the purchase ledger, supplier invoices, statements reconciliation, Parts and Sales invoicing, taxing vehicles and Payroll and many other duties as they arise.
Rosalind explains, “The best part of my role is, being part of what is probably the 2nd largest purchase someone will make and the holidays they will hopefully enjoy in the future”
“My hobbies and interests outside of work are, playing in a band, going swimming, to Zumba and Pilates. Being a member of the National Trust, Camping, socialising with friends and Theatre visits”

Lesley Brown
Marketing Executive
Lesley has worked as a Marketing Executive with Elite Motorhomes for 3 months. This is a new role for the business and her challenges are to build awareness of the business to help increase the footfall to the showroom and ultimately increase vehicle sales and aftersales. Being part of the management team to develop a new company website, looking at the customer journey and planning key pivotal touch points through the life cycle of the ownership of a Motorhome.
Lesley explains “The best part about my role is the challenge to attract a new audience to Elite Motorhomes, looking out for opportunities to maintain their business, performing statistical analysis on our customer database and looking for other ways to reach out to them. I also enjoy working with my colleagues, they are a great team and always willing to help each other”
“My hobbies and interests outside of work are firstly my two beautiful Springer Spaniels ‘Charlie and Lola’, I walk them twice a day, all part of my fitness regime. I am fond of cycling, running and going on my rowing machine and recently Badminton. I am a keen walker and love going to the Lake District walking the fells and around the beautiful lakes, my other favourite holiday is Skiing in the Alps”
Reception

Alicia Price
Receptionist/Administrator
Alicia has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 2 years. Her main responsibilities are covering the reception desk, taking incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant person. Meeting and greeting customers in and out of the showroom, and supplying hospitality with teas and coffee if required. Alicia also gets involved in administration tasks uploading relevant documents onto the database and taxing vehicles. Alicia is also responsible for the merchandising of the accessories shop ordering relevant stock and replenishing it.
Alicia explains “The best part of my role is seeing customers leave happy”
“I have a young family, therefore, most of my spare time is running around after my two children who are 7 & 3 years old, taking them to different out-of-school activities during the week and weekend”

Linda Steadman
Receptionist
Linda has worked at Elite Motorhomes as a receptionist for just over three years now on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Linda explains “The best part of my job is getting to meet all of our lovely customers and working for and with such amazing people”
“Outside of work I play the Ukulele, belong to a walking club and do Reiki healing Monday through to Thursday”
Technicians

John Coady (Don)
Motorhome Mechanic
John who likes to be known as Don, has worked with Elite Motorhomes for 1 year now as a Motorhome Mechanic.
Don explains “I like all parts of my job”
“I spend my spare time building Lego models, wooden models, all sports, my favourite being football and I love spending quality time with my grandchildren”

Josh Callow
Motorhome Technician
Josh has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 7 months as a Motorhome Technician. His responsibilities are fault finding and rectification, and Habitation services.
Josh explains “The best parts of his job are that every day presents different jobs and challenges, learning new things, always busy so days fly by, a good team of people to work with and a very rewarding job role”
“My hobbies and interests outside of work are football and rugby and I am an F1 fan. I am a keen gamer and streamer, I participate in Airsoft and Speedball, I love Horticulture and spending time with his fiancee and pooches”

Andrew McGinlay
Motorhome Technician
Andrew has worked as a technician with Elite Motorhomes since November 2021, his responsibilities are making sure the vehicles go out safe and secure and he is also a MOT tester.
Andrew explains “The best part of my job is meeting customers, being part of a team and job satisfaction”
“My hobbies include a ride out on my motorbike, meeting up with a friend, watching football and racing on TV, my favourite interest is Motor Sport, and I enjoy visiting trials. I have a Labrador ‘Ivy’ who I love walking”

Nigel Wickham
Motorhome Technician
Nigel has been with Elite Motorhomes since 3 November 2022 as a workshop and vehicle technician.
Nigel explains, “The best parts of my job are the variation of works and the challenges in repairing motorhomes”
“My hobbies and interests include Motorcycle restoration, family holidays in our caravan, engineering work, Lathe and milling making parts out of steel stock”

Lloyd Spencer
Motorhome Technician
Lloyd has worked for Elite Motorhomes for over 2 years.
Lloyd’s role is fitting accessories to all new Motorhomes that are going out from bike racks, awning any accessory that has been purchased with the sale of a motorhome. He also helps out with mechanical work when needed by the service team.
Lloyd explains “The best part of my job is ensuring that all customers are happy with their motorhomes”
“My hobbies outside of work include, Banger Racing, Carp fishing, Football and I enjoy summer pub gardens”
Valetors

Hazel Bolton
Valeting Technician
Hazel has worked for Elite Motorhomes for 18 years, her responsibilities include the up-keep of all display motorhomes, including a deeper valet of vehicles sold ready for their handover, including upholstery and carpet cleaning, making number plates and washing customers’ vehicles for when they come back for their workshop service visit.
Hazel explains “The best part of my job is being helpful as I can with my colleagues, it makes me feel good. But the best part of my job, which is the most important to me, is knowing the customer drives away happy and excited about their new adventures and that I have played a part in achieving that”
“My interests outside of work are spending quality time with my friends when we meet for food and drinks. I love music and live gigs, Karaoke is my favourite and I don’t share the mic. I am a regular walker, even to and from work on foot. My relaxing moment is feet up, snacks and a good film”
