After years of dealing with non supportive and dishonest motorcycle, car and motorhome dealers- I believe Elite Motorhomes are a genuine and down to earth, honest and trustworthy comoany- really confident in an iminent future purchase with them- an over the phone px price for me, was agreed upon visiting. I found Elite by much praise ftom a number of VERY happy Elite customers on a Chausson facebook user group- they were right to mention Elite Motorhomes.

Lewis and his team saved my day today:My motorbike wouldn’t start after I stopped to fill up with petrol next door, so I took a chance and popped in to the Elite Motorhomes showroom to ask if I could borrow one of their jump starters. Alicia greeted me with a smile, Mike immediately said yes they could help and Lewis brought a jump starter out to my bike and helped me start it up. My day was saved and I got to continue my journey and meet up with my mate who I haven’t seen for too many years and was determined not to let down today.Thank you Elite Motorhomes Team!

We picked up our new chausson 630 E tape yesterday and couldn't ask for better service from Mike (who we dealt with prior to collection) to Harry who did a thorough handover - they paid for us to stay at a campsite nearby to let us get acquainted with the new purchase and there were a couple of minor tweaks and we took it back today and they gave us a courtesy car and the tweaks were fixed within the hour! Absolutely exemplary service from start to finish! Definitely would recommend and that's us coming down from Edinburgh! Xx

All companies are great when they are trying to sell you something and take your money. The true value of a company is when things go wrong and how they deal with it. I bought a new Campervan from Ash he was polite knowledgeable and very professional. A couple of days after collecting the van I noticed a serious fault with the paintwork. I let them know my concerns and sent them some photos of it. I went ahead with my planned holiday and on my return I was expecting a fight on my hands. But no Ross had taken the claim on resolving the issue very quickly leaving me a happy customer. So as I say it’s not the selling bit it’s all about the after sales that make a good business. With the service received from Elite and the team I will have no hesitation to buy from them again definitely 5*

Looked after our camper for over 2 years now. 1st class service and warranty work. Just put on a thule awning for us and over £450 cheaper than our local dealer. Highly recommend and worth the long journey.
