“We first saw the Bailey Adamo 60-4 at the NEC in February , Chris from Elite motorhomes was on the stand and was happy to show us around and answer any questions, he was very knowledgeable and said they’d have one available in May. We decided that we’d travel to Banbury and a deal was done.We took delivery in June after a delay from Bailey. We spent a night at a local site arranged for free by Elite then spent a week in Derbyshire. Although the motorhome had several quality control issues ( Bailey’s fault not elite ) they were quickly dealt with by elite. Overall a very nice company to deal with.”

The new MH arrived on price and virtually on time. Handover raised a couple of issues which were attended to positively and immediately. “My Fiancee and I came across Elite motorhomes at the NEC show last November. We have never had or even looked at motorhomes before. Chris on the stand was fantastic with us, explained everything and gave us his time without any sales pressure or pitch at all.
We immediately decided this was the company for us and recently took delivery of our new Bailey Adamo.
The whole process from order to collection exceeded expectation. When it came to extras again Chris was brilliant – he did not try to “sell” anything. We were guided through the options carefully and in a most informative way – we are very pleased with our choices and the quality of work adding the extras to the vehicle – which we feel are very good value for money and of a very high standard. The handover by Harry was again excellent. Harry took his time and showed us every feature with no time constraint. Very informal and put us totally at ease – he even did a quiz on us both, a fun way of ensuring we knew how to use our new motorhome! The company then put us on onto their site where it was made clear any small issues would be resolved – there weren’t any. Clearly the Pre Delivery Inspection is second to none. Throughout the process we had rapid answers to any queries often by the company Managing Director Lewis, nothing was too much trouble. Elite Motor Homes now has us as customers for life, I cannot recommend this company and product enough.”

We went on to purchase the motor and during my time of ownership they serviced and mot’d every year and,carrying out a damp issue , and all the usual minor faults that come with a motorhome all done during covid times and under guarantee .
