October 2025 "We picked up our new chausson 630 E tape yesterday and couldn't ask for better service from Mike (who we dealt with prior to collection) to Harry who did a thorough handover - they paid for us to stay at a campsite nearby to let us get acquainted with the new purchase and there were a couple of minor tweaks and we took it back today and they gave us a courtesy car and the tweaks were fixed within the hour! Absolutely exemplary service from start to finish! Definitely would recommend and that's us coming down from Edinburgh! Xx"

September 2025 All companies are great when they are trying to sell you something and take your money. The true value of a company is when things go wrong and how they deal with it. I bought a new Campervan from Ash he was polite knowledgeable and very professional. A couple of days after collecting the van I noticed a serious fault with the paintwork. I let them know my concerns and sent them some photos of it. I went ahead with my planned holiday and on my return I was expecting a fight on my hands. But no Ross had taken the claim on resolving the issue very quickly leaving me a happy customer. So as I say it’s not the selling bit it’s all about the after sales that make a good business. With the service received from Elite and the team I will have no hesitation to buy from them again definitely 5*

July 2025 "What a team. This dealership is neither flashy or forceful, but it’s very functional and founded on some fantastic people. We met these guys at a trade show some years ago, and after being impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm we purchased a new motorhome from them. All the staff are all are really pleasant, polite and professional, and as we have met virtually everyone it would be unfair to single out individuals as they all contribute to the success. Contact response has been prompt, servicing carried out as required, and any warranty issues (that everyone seems to get) have been carried out as soon as possible - subject to authorisation by, and parts provided by, the Manufacturer. Our satisfaction here at Elite is such that we have now part exchanged our original purchase for another new motorhome even though we live some considerable travel distance away.
