October 2025 "After years of dealing with non supportive and dishonest motorcycle, car and motorhome dealers- I believe Elite Motorhomes are a genuine and down to earth, honest and trustworthy comoany- really confident in an iminent future purchase with them- an over the phone px price for me, was agreed upon visiting. I found Elite by much praise ftom a number of VERY happy Elite customers on a Chausson facebook user group- they were right to mention Elite Motorhomes."

October 2025 "Lewis and his team saved my day today: My motorbike wouldn’t start after I stopped to fill up with petrol next door, so I took a chance and popped in to the Elite Motorhomes showroom to ask if I could borrow one of their jump starters. Alicia greeted me with a smile, Mike immediately said yes they could help and Lewis brought a jump starter out to my bike and helped me start it up. My day was saved and I got to continue my journey and meet up with my mate who I haven’t seen for too many years and was determined not to let down today." Thank you Elite Motorhomes Team!

October 2025 "We picked up our new chausson 630 E tape yesterday and couldn't ask for better service from Mike (who we dealt with prior to collection) to Harry who did a thorough handover - they paid for us to stay at a campsite nearby to let us get acquainted with the new purchase and there were a couple of minor tweaks and we took it back today and they gave us a courtesy car and the tweaks were fixed within the hour! Absolutely exemplary service from start to finish! Definitely would recommend and that's us coming down from Edinburgh! Xx"

September 2025 "Our first purchase of a campervan, and the team were extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. They went above and beyond as the camper was heading to Europe, which meant a very quick turnaround. Thank you all for your efficiency, and being available throughout the European trip. Big thank you to Mike and Harry - best handover."

September 2025 All companies are great when they are trying to sell you something and take your money. The true value of a company is when things go wrong and how they deal with it. I bought a new Campervan from Ash he was polite knowledgeable and very professional. A couple of days after collecting the van I noticed a serious fault with the paintwork. I let them know my concerns and sent them some photos of it. I went ahead with my planned holiday and on my return I was expecting a fight on my hands. But no Ross had taken the claim on resolving the issue very quickly leaving me a happy customer. So as I say it’s not the selling bit it’s all about the after sales that make a good business. With the service received from Elite and the team I will have no hesitation to buy from them again definitely 5*

July 2025 "What a team. This dealership is neither flashy or forceful, but it’s very functional and founded on some fantastic people. We met these guys at a trade show some years ago, and after being impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm we purchased a new motorhome from them. All the staff are all are really pleasant, polite and professional, and as we have met virtually everyone it would be unfair to single out individuals as they all contribute to the success. Contact response has been prompt, servicing carried out as required, and any warranty issues (that everyone seems to get) have been carried out as soon as possible - subject to authorisation by, and parts provided by, the Manufacturer. Our satisfaction here at Elite is such that we have now part exchanged our original purchase for another new motorhome even though we live some considerable travel distance away. Well done team Elite – keep it up!"

"What a fantastic team at Elite Motorhomes, I highly recommend. They dealt with an issue created by a caravan dealer in the area. Their customer service and professionalism are 100%. Will certainly be using this company again. Thank you to all the team"

"Came for a flying visit on Friday. Was shown around by a really nice sales guy and even though we outlined to him that we weren't ready to buy just yet he spent over an hour with us showing us various layouts and giving us some great info as we are complete newbies. Will definitely be back when we are ready to buy!"

James Simmonds

"I purchased a motorhome from them in August. Sales people were extremely great to deal with. Had a slight problem with it. Phoned them up and they sorted me out right away with no problems. Great to deal with and very happy to go back for another when I'm ready to change again. Would I recommend. Yes 100%"

"I purchased a Motorhome in December 2024, from the first telephone call all the way to collection, staff were knowledgeable and curtious. On first visit we were shown vehicles and how/where all the bits were, then given time to look around."

Graham Sheppard

Chausson Motorhome purchased in October 2024. "Very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff we came into contact with. On both purchase day and handover we were given to consider and ask as many questions as we needed. The day after handover, after our night in the van, all snagging was dealt with and we were on our way home within the hour with absolutely no complaints. Thank you for making the process so easy."
